The Village of Grantsburg bills Water, Sewer, Storm Water, and Refuse charges every quarter (March, June, September and December). All balances are due the 20th of the month following the end of the quarter. The Village offers a number of payment options:
1. ACH Payment - Your balance due is withdrawn from your designated account each quarter on the 20th of the month following the end of the quarter. ACH form
2. Credit/debit card or electronic check - The Village has a contract with Point & Pay to allow customers to make an online payment. Please click here or visit the Village website at www.grantsburgwi.com to find a link to Point & Pay. You may also call the Village Office or stop in to pay with a credit/debit card. There is a fee to you for using this service.
3. Mail a check, stop in the office with payment or drop payment in the secure drop box at the entrance to the Village Office building.
If needed, we also accept monthly payments.
