Rates
The Grantsburg Community Center is available for rent. The following is the fee structure:
Full Community Center - 1 day events $300 + $150 damage deposit
- 2 or more day events add $150/day for additional days
Small Group Rental/2-hour minimum $10.00 per hour
(30 individuals or less, less than 100 hours of usage
in a 12-month period)
Medium Group Rental/2-hour minimum $25.00 per hour not to exceed $150
(31-75 individuals, less than 100 hours of usage in a
12 month period)
Large Group Rental using full gym $7.00 per hour
(over 30 individuals, more than 100 hours of usage
in a 12-month period)
Fob/Key Deposit $50
The Community Center has a capacity of 500 people. A full serving kitchen is available along with 240 folding chairs and 24 - 6 foot round tables. If you are interested in renting the Community Center please contact the Village Office at 715-463-2405.
